Received Through Bhakta Aarti Khosla Ji

What is Gyaan? It’s nothing but the Truth… the deepest truth about you, me everything around us.. reality.

Now VICHAAR again comes into play… true contemplation of the self, of finding the self, or finding the answers of “ what is real and what is unreal?”

A person desirous of such answers is called a “seeker.’’ A Seekers mind is special and recieives assistance from the Universe!

A chain of ‘coincidences’ happen and the Universe continuosly guides you on this path of ‘self-discovery.’ So what or who is the cause of these miracles? You are!

Seeker sharing: About how she wasn’t planning to come to the Ashram for the Satsang today as she was not feeling too well… but when she opened the papers she read in ‘The Speaking Tree’ ( the spiritual edition of The Times of India) of how one feels better when one goes for Satsangs. That made her mind up to come and she is feeling peaceful and stronger.

Another Seeker: If the vivek in us is enough already, then vairagya caused by whatever reason, will have the capacity of enlightening us immediately…?

Gyanam: It only enlightens you to that level of awareness which you are aware of, because what you aren’t aware of, is so subtle that you’ll ignore it. This is a very important point.

Right now, there are so many Guides in this Hall who a viveki can see, due to their subtle nature, most will be unaware.

However, today even if you have vairagya & somebody close to you dies, does it mean that you’ll be able to see them all? Not necessarily, because your i(vision) will open up only to the level that you are aware of… what you’re not aware of, you will ignore!

Seeker; Do we need continuous practise?

Gyanam: Yes! Thats why Satsang is necessary to increase the level of your consciousness. It’s not about anyone else, it’s about My Self… ‘I want Satsang because I want my Sat ( truth ) to be known to me.’

Seeker shares: About how her first experience of death made her start coming regularly for the Satsangs… & how her second experience of knowing someone who was critical had changed her behaviour totally towards people & thats how so many of her questions have now been cleared…

Gyanam: Isn’t it amazing how tragedy makes us more compassionate? It makes us more open… it makes us more helpful, it makes us more sensitive, more understanding! These are all characteristics of Godhood.

At that time, your heart chakra opens & you get into that energy of connecting to your highest, compassionate side.

You know that this is the potential & higher potential comes only from the Divine. That kind of prayer is most effective. To send positive vibrations to the people & pray for them is the best that you can do.

This is the one whose purpose of living becomes VIVEK! The purpose that I have been born, to become a VIVEKI (Knower).
