Bhakta Aarti Khosla is the founder of Prerna School of Inspiration in New Delhi and Temple of Inspiration, where regular lectures and workshops are held, connecting the intellect and spirituality with the purpose of "empowering and awakening the consciousness". Thus instilling Karmic healing energies in the mind of the Therapists.

She has conducted several workshops, in India and worldwide on "Mind Therapies", addressing specifically the linkage between the mind and the spirit. Also initiating a series of 'Inspiring Mankind' workshops, focused on awakening the potential of the mind and dispelling fear.

Maa: What do you understand by this?
Various Answers:

  • Living in the now
  • Ego

Maa: You have to start from the bottom. When we talk of ego, we think it is something which has to be 'big'! Ego is actually a cumulative force and it comes in small-small things. Like if somebody said something, you will find it in your verbal answer! If you start by taking out on the small things it wouldn't even be there in you later on!

So lets start with "response!"

If you are able to reduce your heavy emotional outbursts, it like experiencing a small scale of "death" is part of you, you own it, it hurts even to talk about it and parting with it definitely hurts!

However you have free will to keep it, hurt yourself in the long run or accept its ownership and then work towards 'disownership'

The strength that you would have saved by containing your emotional self righteous outbursts can be utilised into more "karmically productive activities". This not only provides better energy or peace to your own mind, but also earns you good karma for 'always'. They remain yours forever. A deposit that doesn't end with a life but continues over all the rest..

Watch yourself, even it is not a verbal response, the emotional ego outburst fills you up with an energy which eats away the peace and joy of living. Ultimately creating mental as well as physical diseases.

Living happily with 'your response' can only be if you have stronger 'understanding power'.

How to change it in a way that it becomes easier for you to live happily with yourself.

It is best to accept the 'ownership' of your thinking programmer, and start with the power of Gyanam and vision of happiness, start to 'delete' old thinking programmes that have damaged you.

This part of you 'dying' will ultimately make your living much much happier!
