Q. Which of the two - renunciation of action or participation in action - is the nobler and the greater?

(br)

OM

Action. The main word here.

Which action can one renunciate?

(br)

DOER & SEEKER
Renunciates the TAMASIC AND RAJASIC actions from his living.

(br)

KNOWER
Renunciates the RESULT of ALL his actions.

(br)

To Renunciate Action does not mean, running away from facing it and / or responding.

(br)

Complacency is not to be misunderstood for Compassion!

Society will become barbaric if this is applied.

(br)

This process starts with, the Desire to do Satvic action.

To do this, Satvic thinking has to be incorporated.

(br)

Which helps in truthfully identifying the opposite, which can be eliminated. Sometimes it is difficult to find the diamond in the mud, so it's best to use a filter. Start separating the mud, the diamond will be left behind.

(br)

PARTICIPATION

Till you are alive you are participating in action, voluntarily or involuntarily, consciously or subconsciously.

Therefore there is VIKARMA, AKARMA AND KARMA.

(br)

Shri Krishna asked Arjun to face the situation, as ugly as it was. THAT IS NOBILITY!

When man stands up to the challenge sent by PRAKRITI and responds FAITH - FULLY!

Each individual JEEV carries the AATMIC POWER, to carry forward this resolve...
