How to Forgive?

Received Through Bhakta Aarti Khosla

Seeker: We should be able to forgive.?

Aarti Maa: First accept your karma and then release your attachment to its emotional charge. Only when you understand the 'why' element of any 'karma' can you be self inspired to release its discomfort value, for which you choose to forgive, yourself along with the other. It is not easy otherwise to forgive! Don't fool yourselves! Release your anger/hate because till there is anger/hate, this will continue! The emotional content will provoke you to remember, blame, hate, produce anger, and harm the self. Anything that you remember or receive leaves a mark, so where is forgiveness? First there should be realization and deeper contemplation of the responsibility of the self. Do this much and forgiveness will come automatically! You will not even have to say a word, for the one who forgives does not even say it!

Seeker: How earlier she did not value Aarti Maa but now she realizes.

Aarti Maa: It is not about valuing me! I am nothing! You will find even a Granth like the Gita available for as little as Rs.20/- per kilo at a book stall. But that isnt its true value!! So don't get stuck with me. I am just doing what is karmically my dharma. I was told to share the Gyanam that i love with you and that is what I am doing. Gyanam is nothing but telling you, that "You are it!" and how you have to discover yourself along with your clothes, your car, your jewellery, whatever - you can do whatever with your body, get any degree you want.! Understanding of the Self is when you read with a yearning to connect.

Whether you accept it or not, your soul is still that part of the Divine which cannot be changed and that is the bottom line! You are feeling that you want to know more about yourself and that is why you are here! You don't want to know more about me! You are only coming to listen about yourself - You can do anything and you can have anything, but till you don't know about your Self, there is no bridge that you can cross and say "Now I am soul and not body." It only happens the hard way and that is "To know, to understand and to experience".
